Cardone Ventures Real Estate Summit

The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.

Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

Family Style Food Festival

CBS Television City, Los Angeles

For this event, we provided a complete DJ audio and video setup, including the world-class Pioneer CDJ 3000 and DJM A9. We also provided and installed 40 high-definition TV screens throughout the venue for the 5,000+ guests to enjoy.

LED screen rental

LED screens are one of the most important tools in the live production and event industry that allow you to add deep personality and another layer of dimension to your event.

Our indoor and outdoor LED video walls are suitable for a wide range of functions and events. They area fantastic way of engaging and broadcasting to audiences at both large and small events.

Product launches, concerts, festivals, and sporting events are all massively enhanced by adding a large LED screen that allows your audience to be completely immersed in the event.

TV & Monitor rental

The Tv and monitors are widely used on Trade Shows, speaking events, NFT galleries, birthday parties, etc. Anywhere inside where you will have daylight coming through, the TV monitors are your best bet. The sizes of TVs range from 32′ to 82′ and we have very large inventory, so we can accommodate pretty large events with all the same size TVs. They can be rented on special stands or they can be hanged horizontally or vertically.

Projector and screen rental

Almost every event requires presentation of some sort of visual information. Whether it is pictures, videos or Info graphs. Our inventory of projectors and screens is pretty wide, so we can definitely accommodate any request. We carry different sizes screens from small 100″ screens to large inflatable 40′ drive-in screens. Projectors is something you need to be very careful with. The picture you will get will depend on the quality of your projector.

Backyard movie night is always a great idea! Wether you are planning small get together for yourself or your kids or you have a big park event with movie at the end, we can assist you!

We have packages for up to 40 ppl to up to 1000ppl. Our inventory includes fast-fold screens or inflatable screens, just tell us your idea and we will take it to life! And, don’t forget about incredible add-ons for your event, such as Popcorn cart or Photo Booth.

Drive-in Package Rental

We all love those old-school drive-in experiences, and past few years brought those memories back to life. We were a part of many drive-in movies at the parks or parking lots, and our amazing experienced video technicians always made it flawless. Drive-in movie goes with a lot of technical details that must be handled by professionals, if you would like it to be perfect. Our Drive-in packages include everything you might need (inflatable screen, very strong projector, FM transmitter, speakers, DVD player) and a tech on site.
