Projectors won’t always work!

Many of our clients want to show a video presentation outside in their backyard or watch a sports event when it is still sunny. Unfortunately, projectors won’t work during the daytime since the surroundings are still too bright.

THIS IS WHERE A TV RENTAL CAN BE THE PERFECT SOLUTION.

On average, our package with speakers and TV will cost you almost the same as a projector and screen rental.

NOTE: When it’s too bright outside, television screens can lose their brightness by at least 50%. This is why we usually recommend installing an umbrella above or placing it in a shade.

TV rental for trade shows, conferences, fashion shows & other events

TV rentals are great solutions for trade shows, conferences, and other events.

You can play your video presentation in a loop during the entire exhibition or show a live feed at the event.

We have done many NFT events in the past years and TV rental has been the greatest solution when displaying art. Our TVs can be hung horizontally or vertically in varying sizes. It can also be programmed to display static images or any content in a loop.

Confidence monitor rental

Confidence monitors are widely used and much-needed for speaking events to display a copy of the speech. It can also be used for concerts to display lyrics and countdowns for the performers to see.

We can also assign an on-site technician who will keep track of your program and handle stage timing. The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

How much does your TV rental costs per day?

All the prices you’ll see on our website are good for 24 hours (unless otherwise indicated). This daily price already includes the television rental and a TV stand with wheels.

How much does a weekly rental cost?

Weekly rentals of our television screens vary, depending on the number of days and the screens you’re planning to rent. Let’s discuss it over the phone. We’re very flexible and we’ll surely come up with a good offer for you!

Is delivery and pick-up available? If yes, what's the price?

Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services for any of our rentals for an additional cost. The price will depend on the TV monitor size and your location. It’s because small screens (23″ to 43″) only needs one person for delivery wheareas bigger sizes require two people.

On average, it’s around $75 to $100 for delivery and another $75 to $100 for pick up within 25 miles of Hollywood area.

Will you help us connect our TV rental to a computer or other devices?

Of course! We can help set up your television rental and connect it to your preferred device. We won’t charge any fee if it’s just one TV and the setup is simple, like a laptop, DVD player, or flash drive.

If you’re connecting multiple TVs, we can help you set it up for an additional fee.

Can we pick up TV from one of your locations?

Yes, you can pick up our TV monitors from our locations. Still, we always prefer to deliver and pickup the rentals for the convenience of our clients.

What size of the screen you need?

We have all kinds of sizes from 43’’ – 82’’ and they all come on a stand if needed.

You can choose from our 43″ to 82″ TV monitors and they all come on a stand if needed.

Does your presentation have sound?

Will you use the TV screen with audio? If so, you likely need a PA system. Most of the time, you’ll need at least one speaker because the volume level of the TV alone might not be enough.

Does you need us to deliver and pickup? Or do you want to pick it up yourself?

It’s not a problem if you want to pick up the TV yourself. Just keep in mind that monitors are heavy and easy to break. If you choose self pick-up, you’ll be financially responsible for any damage that may occur. But if we deliver and pick-up, you won’t have to worry about anything.
