- AV Cart: Convenient and mobile cart to hold the projector and other AV equipment.
- Skirt: A skirt to neatly cover the AV cart and cables, providing a professional appearance.
- HDMI Cable (3 feet): Included for connecting the projector to your video source. Please request a longer cable if needed.

Please Note:
- Projection requires a dark environment for optimal performance. If the room is brighter and uses in-house lighting, this brighter projector is required.
- This package requires a minimum ceiling height of 18′ for proper setup due to the size of the screen (13′ high) plus the legs (usually 3-4′ high).
- The throw distance can be adjusted based on the lens used, allowing for installation at the back of the room on a high truss.
- Setup Complexity: Setting up the projector on a truss and changing the lens can be challenging and requires two people. If you have never had experience doing this setup, we highly recommend hiring an AV technician.
- HDMI Adapter: If your laptop or video source does not have an HDMI connection, please request an adapter to ensure compatibility.
- Pipe and Drape: Often requested with this package to cover the back of the room and enhance the event’s aesthetics.
- Room Brightness: With this size of the screen and a 12k lumen projector, the room must be dark for better quality. If it will be a brighter room, a higher lumen projector is suggested. Please consult with our account manager to recommend the best projector based on the dimensions and room complexity.
Additional Services:
- Delivery and Pick-Up: Delivery and pick-up services are available within a 30-mile radius for $100 each way. If the distance exceeds 30 miles, the price will vary based on the distance.
- Delivery, Setup, Strike (No Operator):

- Strike: $250
- AV Operator Services (Optional): If you require an AV operator to run the equipment, we offer services at the following rates:
- Up to 5 hours: $250
- Up to 8 hours: $400
- Over 8 hours: $100 per additional hour
