Long Beach Arena & Anaheim Convention Center

Cardone Ventures Real Estate Summit
The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona
For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood
Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.
Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023
The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California
The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.
Family Style Food Festival
CBS Television City, Los Angeles
For this event, we provided a complete DJ audio and video setup, including the world-class Pioneer CDJ 3000 and DJM A9. We also provided and installed 40 high-definition TV screens throughout the venue for the 5,000+ guests to enjoy.

«How’s it going my name is Sean Garrison I work with „Play Agency“ we hit up Rent For Event New York last minute with like three days to spare and we got a giant LED wall we got four TVs for PacSun and 40-love. We got the photo booth set up. We got few TVs for Courvoisier.
Rent For Event New York was awesome to work with. Igor was very easy to communicate with and has made the whole thing really much easier than I ever thought it would be and his expertise is really essential to making this happen at all. We hired them for a full production, but we had our own idea. They made it happen. We got 3 led walls on a trusses, each panel is 1.5m x 1.5m (4.9′ x 4.9′).

Pixel pitch is the density of pixels (LED clusters) on an LED screen and determines its resolution. Pitch or dot pitch, often known as the “pixel pitch”, is the space in millimeters from the center of a pixel to the center of the next pixel closest to it. Since pixel pitch refers to the amount of space between two pixels, a smaller pixel pitch means there is less empty space between pixels.
Our LED screen rental package includes delivery, setup, operation, and tear-down of the display and any equipment. We also have a trained technician who works with you as support during your event to manage the display, troubleshoot any issues that may come up, and make any changes you may desire. If it is a custom size led wall then we will send you a quote with break down.
We have special outdoor LED walls that can resist weather such as rain and wind that you can use if your event will be outdoors and potentially face harsh weather.
All of our mobile units have onboard generator power. These power generators are really quite and won’t interrupt with your showing.
Our mobile screens have adjustable height with the following maximum heights: Our 12’x7′ can be raised 8′ (bottom of screen to ground), our 15’x8′ mobile screen can be raised 12′, and our modular screens can be ground supported or “flown” to various heights.
All of our mobile screens rotate 360 degrees.
Yes, we offer all kinds of monitor display rental sizes such as 43″, 60″, 70″, and 82″ 4K HD screen rentals with ultra-high-resolution smart TVs. TV rentals come with stands and we offer delivery and pick up 24/7.
