When TV Rental is the best solution for you

When projector WILL NOT WORK

A lot of times our clients want to show a video presentation outside at there backyard or watch a sports event when it is still bright. A lot of people don’t know that projectors don’t work during the day time.

THIS IS WHEN TV RENTAL CAN BE A PERFECT SOLUTION.

Note. When it is too bright outside Tv’s also lose it’s brightness at least 50%. Usually we recommend to have an umbrella or place it in a shade.

On average package with speakers and tv will cost you around the same as if you would rent projector and screen.

TV rental for trade shows, conferences, fashion shows & other events

TV RENTAL IS A GREAT SOLUTION FOR TRADE SHOWS, CONFERENCES OR OTHER EVENTS.

You can have your video presentation to play on the loop during the entire exhibition or show the live feed at the event.

When you need something bigger then just a regular size tv screen you might want to consider led screen rental. We provide our clients with high quality led walls for their trade show or meetings.

NFT Galleries or Art Shows

We have done many NFT events in the past years, and we can tell you TV Rental is the greatest solution to display Art objects. TV’s can be hanged horizontally or vertically, can be all the same size or different sized, can be programmed to show different content on the loop or show a still picture.

Confidence monitor rental

Confidence monitors are widely used and early needed on speaking events or concerts to display the lyrics, speech or to show count downs.

We can set confidence monitor for you as well as all other AV equipment for your event and we can assign designated technician who will keep track your program and be responsive for on stage timing. If you need a confidence monitor for your next event we have different tv sizes and different stands, if needed.

We can set it on a truss and lift it on needed hight or it can be on a floor stand.

Simultaneous picture on separate screens

When you need to show same content on multiple screens in the same room or in completely separate rooms. We can connect multiple tv’s together to show the same content if needed.

If you are renting multiple Tv’s and want to show the same content we will provide you with needed connectors and splitters, HDMI or SDI cords and set it up for you.

Tv’s can be pretty far from each other if needed.

The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.

Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

What is the daily cost?

The prices you see on our website is a 24h rental.
Price includes tv stand on the wheals.

What is the weekly cost?

Weekly cost might very depends on the amount of days and number of tv’s you are renting. Let’s discuss it on the phone we are very flexible.

Does delivery & pick up available and what is the price?

Delivery and pick up is an additional cost.
Price depends on a size of the Tv Monitor and location. Small 23’’-43’’ need only one person for delivery where big sizes requires 2 or more people to deliver.

On average it’s around $75-$100 for delivery
and $75-$100 for pick up if it within 25 miles
of Hollywood area.

Will you help us to connect TV’s to a computer or other device?

If it just a one Tv rental we won’t charge anything for Instalation if it is simple set up like a laptop or DVD player or flash drive.

We will deliver it and set it up and will help you to connect your laptop to a monitor.

Can we pick up TV from one of your locations?

Yes you can pick up TV from our location but we always recommend our clients that we will do the delivery and pick.

We have all kinds of sizes from 43’’ – 82’’ and they all come on a stand if needed.

Does your presentation has sound?

Does your presentation has sound? Will you need additional PA system. Most of the time you will need at least one speaker because sound of the TV might not be enough.

Do you need us to deliver and pick up or you want to pick it up yourself?

It’s not a problem if you want to pick it up yourself just keep in mind that monitors are heavy and easy to break. When you doing pick up you are fully responsible and I case of damage you are financially responsible. If we do it we take full responsibility.
