Rails are requires the stage exceeds 30″ in height.

Cardone Ventures Real Estate Summit

The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.

Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

Family Style Food Festival

CBS Television City, Los Angeles

For this event, we provided a complete DJ audio and video setup, including the world-class Pioneer CDJ 3000 and DJM A9. We also provided and installed 40 high-definition TV screens throughout the venue for the 5,000+ guests to enjoy.

Should I choose Mobile or Truss Structured stage rental?

It all depends on the size of your event, how big and how deep you need your stage to be. Mobile stages have pretty fast set up time, but the rigging systems are fully personalized and be any size required.

What if I need help designing my stage?

Our creative stage designers can help you create your stage design based on your needs, we can also provide all other equipment you might need on your stage. 3D rendering also available, so you can see your stage in 3D format to understand exactly the way it will be looking.

If I need a different color stage or my stage to be carpeted can you do that?

Yes, of course, we can use any material like fabric, carpet, glass, plastic, wood, or event fake grass.

We can also provide a stage skirt matching to your stage color.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY / PICK UP AND INSTALLATION?

It all depends on the location, package, and whether or not a lighting designer or engineer is required.

Please provide us with the precise location of your event when requesting a quote and by what time your stage needs to be ready and then get focused on other important thins that only you can handle.
