Which LED video wall should I buy?

The right choice of LED wall depends on your needs and application. Our technicians can help you choose the best package. We can also do on-site visits to give you the right LED screen size, type, and configuration.

What’s the difference between your indoor and outdoor LED screens?

Our indoor LED panels have a smaller pixel pitch than outdoor types. This is to ensure high resolution even on close-up viewing. Meanwhile, our outdoor panels are designed for higher brightness, so the screen will remain visible even under direct sunlight.

What is pixel pitch?

Pixel pitch or dot pitch is the density of the LED wall clusters within a LED panel. It’s measured in millimeters (mm) and the lower the number, the higher the resolution will be. In general, we recommend small pixel pitches like 2.6 mm for indoor and close-up viewing. Meanwhile, bigger pixel pitches like 3.9 mm are ideal for outdoor and large events.

What do I need to get an LED wall?

All our LED screen packages have a plug-and-play design. All you need is a power source and it can be used on your current video equipment. No extra or special equipment is needed to start using your new LED screen.

How long does the shipping take?

For our Los Angeles warehouse, we can deliver in as fast as 7 days. Meanwhile, it may take 15-30 days for other areas, depending on the shipping method and exact location.

Do you allow returns?

We don’t offer refunds on video panels, but our team can service your LED wall for any repairs and tune-ups needed. We also provide technical support over the phone, transportation, and tear-down upon request.
