• AV Cart: Convenient and mobile cart to hold the projector and other AV equipment.
• Skirt: A skirt to neatly cover the AV cart and cables, providing a professional appearance.
• HDMI Cable (3 feet): Included for connecting the projector to your video source. Please request a longer cable if needed.
• Cables: All necessary cables are included for quick and hassle-free setup.

Please Note:

• Projection requires a dark environment and will not work in daylight or in a brightly lit environment. If you have a screening which must be outdoors during the daylight or indoors in a brightly lit environment, please contact us for further solutions.
• This package requires a minimum ceiling height of 10′ for proper setup.
• The throw distance needed for the projector is approximately 12-15 feet for optimal image quality.

Additional Services:

• Delivery and Pick-Up: Delivery and pick-up services are available within a 30-mile radius for $100 each way. If the distance exceeds 30 miles, the price will vary based on the distance.

• AV Operator Services (Optional): If you require an AV operator to run the equipment, we offer services at the following rates:
• Up to 5 hours: $250
• Up to 8 hours: $400
