Rent For Event is a full-service AV production and equipment rental company specializing in audio, video, lighting, staging, LED wall, and pipe and drape solutions nationwide. Our turnkey AV services are available in all 50 states to give our clients fail-safe events.

We are a team of passionate AV designers and engineers who are dedicated to making unforgettable events possible. From weddings, birthdays, conferences, TV production, charity events, and more – name it, our AV expertise will bring it to new heights.

Rent For Event started as a dream of two guys who are passionate about creating flawless events. As a company that started small, our commitment to providing world-class event technology and AV solutions has always been massive. This is why we always give the best service for every event, big or small, while also giving back to our community where we started.

From our humble beginnings Nationwide, we now have a presence in all 50 states and do 1000+ events annually. All these were made possible by our reliable team and amazing clients, who continue to trust our expertise in making their events shine. The Teqball team reached out to us for full audiovisual production of their two sports events. From 2 events in the beginning, they decided to trust us with their entire USA tour.

Cardone Ventures Real Estate Summit

The Phoenician Luxury Collection Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona

For this 2-day event, we set up a stage with two massive Unilumin LED screens with a 16 x 10 aspect ratio. We used a total of 120 LED panels for this giant display. This is paired with 3 high-quality RED cameras that broadcast a live feed on the LED screens.

BET Awards 2023

House of BET at Goya Studios, Hollywood

Our client approached us to create large and multiple projections throughout the venue. For this high-profile event, our team set up a 100’ x 25’ CYC projection mapping on the main stage using 4 x 20K lumen laser projectors. We also set up 2 more projections for their promotional materials on the venue.

Amagi LA FAST Conference 2023

The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, Santa Monica, California

The team at Amagi reached out to us to deliver full AV production for their conference with over 1,000+ attendees. For this event, we set up a giant Unilumin LED wall planked with 2 additional LED screens, all on the main stage. Our team also set up an audio and projector+ screen system in their breakout room, as well as multiple TV sets on their foyer demo station and partner tables.

Family Style Food Festival

CBS Television City, Los Angeles

For this event, we provided a complete DJ audio and video setup, including the world-class Pioneer CDJ 3000 and DJM A9. We also provided and installed 40 high-definition TV screens throughout the venue for the 5,000+ guests to enjoy.
